This Privacy Policy applies to the StoreProof app (the ‘Application’) for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The Application is provided by the developer of StoreProof (the ‘Service Provider’) and is intended for use ‘AS IS’.
StoreProof is a purchase proof manager for personal records. It helps you keep receipts, purchase details, warranty dates, return windows, serial numbers, notes, categories, and attachments in one place. The Application does not require a separate StoreProof account.
The Application may collect the following types of information:
StoreProof may request access to the camera, photos, or files only when you choose to scan, import, or attach a receipt, photo, PDF, or other file. StoreProof may request notification permission only if you enable reminders for warranty or return deadlines.
If iCloud is enabled on your devices, supported StoreProof data may sync through your private iCloud account so your records can be available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. StoreProof does not provide a separate cloud account for this sync. Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy practices apply to iCloud data.
The Service Provider may use third-party services to (a) understand how the Application is used and (b) provide subscriptions. These services may process limited data such as device identifiers, app version, diagnostics, and purchase-related information. The Service Provider does not receive your Apple ID credentials.
The Application may use the following third-party service providers. Their privacy policies explain how they handle data:
If additional third-party services are used in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
The Service Provider may disclose information:
You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device.
Your purchase proof data remains on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account unless you delete it (for example by deleting proofs or attachments inside the app, removing iCloud data, or uninstalling the app). Analytics/diagnostic data (if collected) is retained only as long as needed for operational purposes.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact us at contact@storeproof.one so that we can take appropriate action.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to help protect information processed and maintained in connection with the Application. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to use appropriate safeguards.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-06-05.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
